When I rang James, he immediately agreed to have a look and give me an idea of what's involved. Next day he was here and had a close look at everything. He explained the work involved in plain English to me and quoted a reasonable price.
After shopping around with other roofing outfits and not being satisfied I asked James to do the job. James and his 2-men team appeared punctually and fixed my chimney within the agreed time and within the agreed cost frame. Problems that he encountered at the chimney were solved and the whole job finished with a good look to it. His team was polite and friendly. They cleaned everything up and took the leftovers and rubbish with them. When I spotted a little snag a few days later, James made no fuss, but appeared, fixed it and was done.
